BioMedical Meditation
Therapy 60 mins

  • Facilitated by Bio-Medical Meditation Teacher & Allied Health Practitioner Belle McCutcheon, this immersive hour long guided experience of deep rest, to restore and alleviate stress.

    Catering to individual needs, this treatment combines specialised yoga, breath-work & meditation to release and overcome states of stress, insomnia, anxiety & depression through scientific and ancient practices.

Dynamic Meditation Workshop
Saturdays 8am-9:30am

  • Each class is designed to elicit deep relaxation for your mind and body.

    We use well researched techniques for anxiety and stress reduction.

    Restorative meditation for a burnt out nervous system, movement and sound techniques alongside mindfulness.

    The classes will usually be set around a particular theme or practice and usually be a blended sequence of different modalities to facilitate an interactive group experience where I aim to recharge your entire being and connect you with the innate wisdom of your body back to a state of well-being.

    Whether you are a beginner, or well-practiced in Meditation this is for you & will be fully guided the whole way.
